The company Lexeppert Audit Srl was founded on 10.01.2011 and is engaged in financial audit and accounting expertise.
Our company is a member of the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania with license 1047/2011 and the Organization of Chartered Accountants and Certified Accountants with license 8889/2014.
In 2016, our company was among the first 10 companies that qualitatively and professionally fulfilled the conditions for obtaining the accreditation of the State Financial Supervision Authority, receiving ASF Permit No. 134/16.05.2016. Currently, there are only 17 audit companies accredited by ASF.

Our clients include corporations, public and private sector agencies, as well as non-profit organizations from 7 countries: Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine, Armenia and Georgia. They see in Lexexpert Audit a consistent standard of services based on excellent professional skills, deep industry knowledge and local know-how.
We are the only company in Romania that audits the Audit Chamber of Romania. We are also the only company in Europe that had an active contract to conduct system audit at the Management level (from Bulgaria).
In 2014, our company concluded a 4-year contract, according to which we were authorized to audit European projects for an operational program carried out in 7 different countries. Actual audit is the audit of projects that have already been completed and audited by other organizations. In this case, our role is to confirm that the reports produced do not contain crucial errors that would threaten the entire program.
